This holiday season, LFRA is proud to take part in the Keep the Wreath Red fire safety campaign. You’ll see red-lit wreaths hanging at all of our stations as a reminder to decorate safely. If a fire caused by holiday decorations occurs, a red bulb is replaced with a white one — a visual reminder of the importance of fire prevention.
To help keep the wreath red:
- 🔴 Water your tree regularly
- 🔴 Keep decorations away from heat sources
- 🔴 Don’t overload electrical cords
- 🔴 Use UL-rated lights
- 🔴 Never leave lit candles unattended
