The Loveland Rural Fire Protection District was made aware of an error in the property tax statements impacting recently included properties and are working diligently with the county assessor to correct the taxes and re-issue tax statements. The assessor is mailing a letter to each property affected by this mistake with the process for correcting your 2025 tax statement and a process for a refund if you have already paid your taxes.
