Teladoc offers 24/7/365 access to board-certified primary care doctors and pediatricians by secure video, phone or email if you are enrolled in one of LFRA’s medical plans

Mandatory 401(a):
- Sworn Personnel – 10% employee contribution and matching 10% LFRA contribution
- Non-Sworn Personnel – 3% employee contribution and up to 9% LFRA contribution (LFRA contribution based on years of service)
Voluntary 457(b) Deferred Compensation
- Sworn Personnel – LFRA matching contribution up to 5% to the employee’s 401(a)
