About the Community Safety Division
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Community Safety Division is open for permit payments from 8-10 a.m. Monday through Friday (except holidays).
Payment Option Instructions:

Applicants may remit payment by credit card by calling (970) 962-2497 between 8 and 10 am Monday through Friday and pay the permit fees by phone.

Applicants may remit payment in person by check or credit card by coming to the Community Safety Division office between 8 and 10 a.m. Monday through Friday.

Applicants may mail a check to: Loveland Fire Rescue Authority, Attn: Community Safety Division, 410 E. 5th St., Loveland, CO 80537

Once payment is received, LFRA will email the permit inspection card and the LFRA-stamped permit drawings to the applicant. The applicant is responsible for printing one copy each of the permit conditions and inspection card, and having both on site. As usual, the LFRA-stamped drawings can be on site either digitally (using a tablet or other electronic device) or in printed form.
