Planning & Zoning Approval Process
Loveland Fire Rescue Authority's Community Safety Division reviews planning submittals for projects within three governmental jurisdictions: the City of Loveland, LFRA's rural fire-protection district in unincorporated Larimer County, and the Town of Johnstown near Interstate 25 and U.S. Highway 34.
If you need planning approval in any of these jurisdictions, you will also need planning approval from LFRA.
